We know that life sometimes gets in the way.
That’s why we try to be as flexible as possible when it comes to cancelling or rescheduling bookings.
In the event that it becomes necessary, please be advised that deposits are non-refundable if notice is given less than 14 days before the booking date.
What is a
Custom Logo Overlay?
An overlay is a graphic on your videos that helps to personalize your event (ie. Happy Birthday Selena, #AshWedsNick). We work with you to create the perfect personal design for your special day.
How Do I Book?
You can conveniently book through our Book Online link. A deposit of $100 through e-transfer is required to fully confirm your event booking. The remaining balance can be paid on the day of the event via e-transfer or cash. If your event gets postponed to a later date, we can apply the deposit to a new date at no additional cost.
Where/When Can Guests Get Their Videos?
Guests can instantly receive their videos via text/email/airdrop/QR code.
Within 12 hours, we will send you a link to a Drive with all your event content.
Is Delivery/Setup Included?
Yes! We will arrive 1 hour before the booking start time to set up and ensure everything is running smoothly.
We require a minimum 10' x 10' area.
- A power outlet should be within 30 feet, and the ground must be level.
- For an outdoor venue, a suitable shelter away from direct sun, rain, and wind.
